Notice to OffIcers of the Law within the State and in International Commercial Territories

 Top of the day to you officer(s), hope you were able to identify your name and badge number (the license under which you are presenting and personally operating under) easily. I wish for an easy resolution for you, saving you from wasting valuable time and public resources. 


I am a man, who wishes to remain unnamed. As they say, when in Rome, silentium est aurentium. Silence is golden, and I want to remain gracious, in honor, of the state. I am going to give you some information which will help prevent you from making assumptions. 


First off, this car may look like a traditional driving-capable passenger vehicle; that is not so; in fact, this vehicle is not capable to transport any cargo commercially, persons or other marine transportation. It is simply an unregistered NON-DOMESTIC vehicle driving on top, or over your jurisdiction; not within it.


As well, it may look like a normal, traditional car for which you have security and certification for the VIN and registered (given it to the Queen) with your compatriots in the ONTARIO and FEDERAL governments. However, I come to rebut said presumption, as I have a manufacturer title to my vehicle, showing I am in care for said equitable title as well as this physical vehicle for my private jurisdictional matters.


Unless we have a written contract which shows you know my name, I shall not maintain your presumptions to be acting in capacity as a PUBLIC OFFICER.


I may be mistaken, however, and we may have a written document, held in State or Municipal Notarial Archives. Another way to prove we have a written contract is if you have my true day on which I was born (NOT MY LEGAL DATE OF BIRTH, WHICH IS A FICTION), 


If you are presuming me to be a TRUSTEE of the government, such a driver with a license and perhaps a DRIVING permit, that means I would have to maintain my public image in accordance with legislation for persons, which I am not nor do I plan to even under coerced force (arrest) from a banking institution. To show that this legislation s truly applicable to me and not to a person, I require you to show me the officer I have for my self, sworn officer statement in the Notarial Records in Canada and/or Ontario, depending on which jurisdiction I was costuming in.

Again, I rebut all presumptions and reserve my writs, and do not intend to contract with any Legal Persons. No Soliciting without pre-established funding is allowed.

I am not a trustee, I do not have any sworn statements in my name, nor shall I be required to give you my name, as I am a man, not a person. Penal Codes, and Arrests only apply to persons, and to try to assume this man, a living being, to be a dead fiction shall be very dishonorable and a potential breach in trust under the regulations you are willingly bound by operating as an officer within the State. I am a living man, for the record.

TL;DR; no jurisdiction over men in the CRIMINAL CODE - only PERSONS are under the command of the government. I AM NOT A PERSON; THEREFORE; I AM NOT UNDER YOUR DIRECTIVES BY FORCE. YOUR PENAL CODE IS NOT APPLICABLE; IN OTHER WORDS, I AM OUTSIDE YOUR JURISDICTIONAL CAPACITY FOR OPERATION.
